It is currently busier than expected due to a high demand for PUMA Teamwear products and the ongoing effects of Covid19. Unfortunately, that means our usual shipping times have had to be extended.

For Unbranded Orders where Product is shown as "Available Now" they should be despatched within 7 working days of order placement, however where we previously had additional product available within 7-10 days this has now been extended to up to 15 working days.

For Branded Orders this will now take up to 25 Working Days.

If you are trying to track the progress of your order, please log in and visit the "My Orders" page where you can get an estimated delivery date.

We also need to share with you some important dates:
 
Branded Orders
 
In order for you to receive your branded items in time for Christmas, the cut off date for orders will be Midnight Sunday 15th November.
 
Unbranded Orders
 
In order for you to receive your unbranded orders in time for Christmas, the cut off date for orders will be Midnight Thursday 17th December, for orders placed from our ‘available now’ stock.
 
Any order after these dates unfortunately can't be guaranteed to be despatched before Christmas.
