Personalising Your Kit
There are a number of factors to consider when choosing how to personalise your kit, trainingwear or luggage.
Firstly, you will need to decide which personalistion options you wish to add to your products as there are various options to choose.
Secondly, if you are having a crest applied you will need to decide on the application type, embroidery, heat transfer or digiline pro.
Below we will explain in more detail all the options that are available to you through our state of the art in house branding unit.
CREST APPLICATION TYPES
Widely regarded as the ‘classic’ and ‘traditional’ form of application, your logo is embroidered directly on to the product. As thread has dimension, an embroidered logo ends up becoming almost three dimensional. In addition, embroidery thread is coated and therefore has a sheen that helps the colours really stand out.
Embroidery is long lasting, durable and has a textured feel and appearance. We offer 16 standard colours of thread, but can also match to a pantone if necessary.
Heat Transfer printing is often used instead of embroidery when faced with a more complicated or intricate logo. Your logo is printed onto vinyl and applied to the garment via a Heat Transfer press. We find that Heat Transfer works well with larger designs, such as centre chest sponsor logos.
There are no limitation on colours, and single colour or multi colour logos can be applied to garments quickly, using our state of the art printers and Heat Press machines.
OTHER APPLICATION TYPES
Available on Kit and Trainingwear applied in single or multi colour via heat transfer.
